As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will perform and interpret tests at all complexity levels, applying your knowledge of laboratory science theories along with technical, procedural, and problem-solving skills. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will determine and communicate test results by monitoring standards, quality control, reference ranges and specimen requirements. We will hire our clinical laboratory testing personnel in three different job titles, based on educational background: Lab Tech III Lab Tech IV Lab Tech V A caregiver in this role works nights from 8:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m., following a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts. The weekend rotation is every other weekend, and the position also includes a holiday rotation. Caregivers work three designated holidays per year, with the specific holidays alternating annually.
