About The Position

This position is responsible for performing and analyzing complex medical laboratory tests and procedures which require the exercise of independent judgment with supervision. Work Schedule: Casual

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Current certification as Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the National Board of Registry, American Society Clinical Pathology (ASCP), American Medical Technologist (AMT) or equivalent. If not present at hire, must have within one year of start date.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines.
• Knowledge and skills sufficient to provide technical instructions and communicate and advise other departments on clinical laboratory procedures.
