Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet

Nice To Haves

  • ASCP certification (MLT) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and complex lab procedures with accuracy
  • Prepare reagents, instruments, and biological samples for research protocols
  • Operate and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment
  • Accurately record and analyze data
  • Partner with colleagues to ensure quality and compliance

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (start at 6am or 7am)
