About The Position

The Knowledge Program provides tuition dollars to healthcare students in order to assist them in obtaining a healthcare degree, followed by a commitment to join Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation. Knowledge Program monies are 'forgiven' as the student meets specific tenure milestones. The amount of funding provided depends on multiple factors including school, degree program, graduation date, career goals, and a demonstrated need for the funding. Current Baptist employees applying for this program must be in good standing with both performance and attendance to be considered. Generally, a one year work requirement for every $10,000 in Knowledge Program funding is required upon graduation. Students must be accepted or actively enrolled in an applicable degree program, prior to graduation in the field of study, in order to be eligible to apply for this program. Individuals taking prerequisite classes are generally not yet eligible.
