Here is some of what you can expect from being a Medical Technologist with us: You will provide technical quality testing for neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the laboratory setting in compliance with CAP, JCAHO, OSHA, AABB, FDA, and CLIA standards Your thorough understanding and application of the MT practice is essential due to the intense field of critical patient testing. Requirements

ASCP or AMT are required within 6 months of hire. ASCP is the preferred certification. Continued employment will be based on valid certification
Associate degree in related science required. Bachelor's degree in related science preferred.
A college graduate or equivalent who has passed a certification examination for Medical Technologist by ASCP or AMT or has completed an accredited MLT program with ASCP Board Certification is also accepted.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a hospital laboratory is desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities
