Requirements

• Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Florida Technologist license (or ability to obtain).
• At least 3 years of recent Medical Technologist or MLS experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical testing using independent judgment to ensure reliable results.
• Handle stat and routine specimens, prioritizing workflow appropriately.
• Maintain laboratory instruments, reagents, and supply inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all quality control and regulatory requirements.
• Step in for supervisory duties when assigned.
