About The Position
SUMMARY: Performs all laboratory procedures as designated, keeping within quality control limits. Recognizes abnormal results and procedural errors, promptly notifying the appropriate personnel. Assists in routine collection of blood samples and other specimens.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (or related life science degree)
- Registered or registry eligible as a Medical Technologist by the ASCP Board of Registration, MT (ASCP) or registered as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the ASCP Board of Registry, MLS (ASCP)
- Registry eligible Medical Technologisit must obtain registration within 12 months of hire
