About The Position

The Medical Laboratory Scientist II (Blood Bank) position in Paterson, NJ, involves performing test procedures of moderate to high complexity. Requirements

• Experience in blood bank procedures and testing.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
• Experience with laboratory information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity in the Blood Bank specialty.
• Exercise independent judgment and responsibility in testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
