About The Position

Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead - Neptune, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead in Neptune, NJ. This role is a hospital-based position at Jersey Shore. Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity requiring the exercise of independent judgement and responsibility in those specialties in which they are qualified by education, training and experience. Assist Lab Supervisor and serve as a technical resource for the department.Pay range: $33.00 - $54.45 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Assist Lab Supervisor
Serve as a technical resource for the department.
