Clear, real-time communication with leadership and shift-to-shift is essential regarding issues that may affect patient care or departmental operations. Participation in planning and implementing changes through staff meetings, task forces, or projects is also required, along with involvement in a competency assessment program where qualified. Other relevant duties may be assigned as needed.
