About The Position

Adena Health System is seeking a detail-driven Medical Lab Technologist to join their Laboratory Services Team in Chillicothe, Ohio. This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week on evening shifts (8-hour shifts). The role is crucial for delivering fast, accurate lab results that directly impact patient care. The compensation ranges from $23.22 to $31.92 per hour, with entry-level starting at the lower end and experienced professionals reaching the higher end. Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• MLT Certification (ASCP) – or eligible to obtain within 6 months
• Completion of clinical training as part of the degree program

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with patients & providers
• Processing lab orders & ensuring timely data delivery
• Performing lab tests with precision
• Troubleshooting equipment & refining testing methods
• Contributing to research, training, and process improvements
• Handling phone inquiries and reception tasks professionally
