About The Position
The Staff Pad is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician to join a respected healthcare organization in Helena, Montana. This team is dedicated to putting people first while delivering high -quality, patient -centered care. Job Summary The Clinical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician will independently perform routine and specialized diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids for patients across all age groups. This role includes waived, moderate, and high -complexity testing in accordance with regulatory standards. Candidates with an Associate degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent) are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience as a generalist clinical laboratory technician in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
- Associate degree in Medical Technology or equivalent preferred.
- Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent required.
Responsibilities

- Perform waived, moderate, and high -complexity testing in accordance with regulatory standards.
