Medical Lab Tech
About The Position
Under general supervision and medical direction, performs waived and moderately complex laboratory tests as defined by State and Federal Regulations. Performs clinical laboratory test procedures in a manner that provides accurate, timely, and meaningful results. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Requirements
- Current CA license as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Continuing education requirements must be maintained
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a Lab Assistant or Technician in a clinical laboratory is preferred
