About The Position

The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) III plays a crucial role in evaluating and interpreting laboratory results. This position involves analyzing blood and body fluids using both automated and complex manual methods, adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure high-quality laboratory results within set timeframes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Successful completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship.
• Current Florida license as a Medical Technologist certified in the required specialties.
• Two years of experience in a laboratory setting.

Nice To Haves

• National Certification such as ASCP, AAB, or AMT.
