About The Position

Under the general direction of the Manager, Laboratory Services is responsible for the delivery of quality, cost-effective laboratory services at CharterCARE Health Partners in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Assists in developing standards for delivery of services, scope, and evaluation of standards. The Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in a Specialty Area implements and evaluates the plan which ensures the delivery of high-quality testing.

Requirements

• BS, MLS (ASCP), or AS, MLT (ASCP) required.
• A minimum of 3 years of related clinical experience is required.
• Proficient in the use of various software applications.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant managerial experience preferred.
