About The Position

As a Medical Technologist PRN with Medical City Decatur, you will be part of an organization devoted to giving back to the community. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• ASCP or ATM certification is required.
• Blood Bank, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Cytologist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or Medical Technologist certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• Maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
• Maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with laboratory training programs as required.
