As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match. Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required.
- MLS II ASCP MLS/BB certification required.
- Two years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting required.
Nice To Haves
- MLS III SBB certification preferred; MLS/BB accepted.
- Requires three years of laboratory experience, including one year of IRL experience.
- Two years of lead or charge experience required.
- MLS IV Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) certification required.
- Five years of laboratory testing experience required, with one year of IRL experience preferred.
Responsibilities
