About The Position
Natera is currently seeking a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist to analyze specimens and maintain equipment in good operating condition. This role involves verifying the proper specimen being analyzed, performing tests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agency requirements. The Medical Laboratory Scientist will also provide guidance and training to new staff, conduct independent continuous improvement projects, and maintain a clean and organized workspace following good laboratory practices.
