About The Position
A Test Evaluator is an integral part of the recruiting process. They interact with the candidate in their native and target language to evaluate the candidates interpreting skills and language proficiency. The proficiency exam will be completed by telephone with recording app or web-based platform to record and provide documentation for test results. The test will be evaluated according to a given scoring criteria; therefore, paid training will be conducted before starting the position. Evaluators must be able to accept and use the required scoring parameters and maintain consistent and reliable scoring throughout their assignment. Quarterly calibration sessions will be required to ensure consistent ratings for all candidates.
