About The Position
PrimeVigilance is seeking a dedicated professional to handle complex medical information enquiries. The role involves responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal departments of pharmaceutical clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting and reporting adverse events and product quality complaints, participating in out-of-hours medical information provision, and managing project-related expectations. The position also includes quality checking processes for the medical information team and providing project management support to junior staff.
