About The Position

ClinChoice is searching for a Medical Information Call Center Consultant (MICC Consultant) to join one of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work directly for a single sponsor while benefiting from the security and career opportunities that come with being part of a global CRO. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates who can work independently while establishing a high-trust environment with the client's counterparts.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirement of bachelor's degree in Biosciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) or a professional healthcare qualification (e.g., B. Pharm/M.pharm, Nursing, Dentistry).
  • At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance (PV) experience; candidates with MICC experience are preferred.
  • Experience in relevant fields, along with certifications in medical information or pharmacovigilance.
  • Bilingual is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding and competence in medical and therapeutic terminology.
  • Ability to accurately interpret and communicate complex medical information to both healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Exceptional narrative writing skills for documenting inquiries and responses clearly and concisely, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent to ensure clear understanding across diverse demographics.
  • Ability to exhibit empathy and patience, especially when dealing with distressed or difficult customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient safety protocols and the importance of accurate information dissemination.
  • Familiarity with local and international regulatory obligations, such as FDA, EMA, and other relevant authorities.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
