About The Position

Coordinate complex patient schedules to maximize clinical resource utilization and respect patient time. Manage the patient registration process, ensuring the accurate collection and entry of essential demographic, insurance, and clinical data. Facilitate the pre-certification and insurance authorization process to remove financial barriers for the patient and secure payment for services. Resolve scheduling and procedure-related issues by proactively seeking appropriate resources to ensure clarity and timely care delivery. Counsel patients or representatives on pre-service requirements and instructions, ensuring a smooth and prepared experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
