About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, providing information about what to expect during their visit and details about their next appointment during checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and the business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
