As a patient service specialist, you will manage both the patient side and business side of the center. Your role at the front desk involves being a patient advocate, communicating with individuals via email and phone, managing patient payments, and utilizing multiple computer programs. The goal is to provide an exceptional experience for patients from the moment they enter the center. This position involves performing front office duties and serving as the first point of contact for patients needing Physical Therapy services, including handling phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and running end-of-day reports. This is a full-time position with weekday hours from 8am-5pm.
