Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for greeting and checking patients in and out of clinic, via in-person or on the phone. Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.

  • Maintains schedules of clinical staff.
  • Entry and verification of client data
  • Collects copayments
  • Responsible for technology support for telehealth appointments
  • Answers multi-line phone
  • Registration of clients in the electronic medical record
  • Excellent Customer Service to promote a service environments for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused
  • Research and verification of insurance benefits and knowledge to apply for alternative payer sources
  • Prepare and scan documents to internal HIM
  • Cross train and perform duties to cover neighboring locations
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required
