About The Position

As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist at MY DR NOW, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and ensure they are cared for promptly.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maximize patient scheduling bonuses.
