About The Position
For over 30 years, Fairfax Cryobank, a division of the Genetics & IVF Institute, has provided fertility preservation services for individuals and the highest quality donor sperm, leading to the creation of many happy healthy families. Fairfax Cryobank serves clients nationwide and around the globe. We are seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Administrative Assistant at our Austin, TX location. Candidates must project a warm, confident, and professional image in-person and over the phone. Candidates must be outgoing, personable, flexible, and extremely organized. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical. Willingness to learn and desire to grow the practice is essential. Candidate must be a time management star, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess the capacity to “read” patients and have a goal-oriented mindset. Customer service, call-center, sales and/or marketing experience is highly desirable. Also, database knowledge and foreign language proficiency is a plus.
