About The Position
Medical Fitness Program Manager – Powell Wellness Center Are you passionate about fitness and healthcare? Powell Wellness Center (PWC) is seeking a Medical Fitness Program Manager to lead medically integrated fitness programs that make a real impact on community health. In this role, you’ll oversee programs like FitScripts, health education, fitness assessments, and fitness floor operations while leading and mentoring a team of fitness professionals. You’ll collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners, track outcomes, and ensure programs meet Medical Fitness Association (MFA) standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field
- 3+ years in a health-related field; supervisory experience preferred
- CPR/AED (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- NCCA-, ISO 17204–, or MFA-approved fitness certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
