About The Position

The Medical Equipment Technician at Hendrick Medical Supply is responsible for the pick-up, delivery, and setup of durable medical equipment in patients' homes or facilities. This role includes educating patients and caregivers on the safe and effective use of equipment, as well as performing maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and the supply warehouse. The technician will also manage the cargo van used for deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required for designated drivers.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to input data into computer programs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up durable medical equipment from designated locations.
• Deliver and set up equipment in patients' homes or facilities.
