About The Position

We need a sales pro who knows the medical device world, can build solid client relationships, and bring in the big bucks. You’ll be running the sales show, cooking up strategies, and working closely with our development and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in Medical Device Sales: Proven track record in selling medical equipment, especially custom syringes, disposables, or insert molding technologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with COC/COP polymers, ISO Class VI Clean Room standards, and high -tech insert molding for medical applications.
  • Sales Strategy: Ability to craft and implement sales strategies targeting pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
  • Client Relationships: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key players in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • Drive and Initiative: A self -starter who’s not afraid to hustle and close deals in a competitive market.
