About The Position
The Capital Management Medical Equipment Planner is responsible for driving and managing the capital medical equipment development process from planning/programming through occupancy for all capital projects. The candidate will be required to successfully plan, manage, and participate medical equipment on multiple healthcare projects simultaneously. The focus of this position is medical equipment planning, coordination, needs assessment, inventory and coordination with project management staff in the procurement and installation of all major, minor, fixed and IT equipment for all UIHC Capital Projects. This position will be required to travel to off-site facilities for MEQ inventories and to assess equipment replacement requests.
