Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age (to drive/operate a company vehicle).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, setup and retrieve Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in patient homes or healthcare facilities with care and precision.
• Provide clear and compassionate instructions on how to safely and effectively use the equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment in top working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service, and patient interactions.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
