About The Position

Bayside Home Medical is looking for a motivated and customer service oriented person to join our team! Bayside is a leader in medical equipment and sleep and respiratory care. Bayside has 3 locations: Sturgeon Bay, Green Bay & Appleton. Training may take place in Appleton prior to working full time in Sturgeon Bay.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in showroom
• Assisting customers with their Medical Supply needs
• Demonstrating the functionality of equipment and supplies
• Discussing the insurance requirements and qualifications for various products and supplies
• Speaking with customers and referrals on the phone
• Processing sales orders and necessary paperwork
• Communicating with referral sources and gathering necessary information
• Scheduling deliveries
• Assisting other departments with various projects
