About The Position

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. We are looking for interns to assist with Medical Education initiatives. Additionally, we will be setting up a rotating program for all interns to participate in lab, education, clinical, operations and administrative duties. This internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 30-40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Requirements

• Progress towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Pre-Med, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, or any career path in the medical field required.
• Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.
• Interest/knowledge of medical field (Pre-Med, PA, PT, any career path in the medical field) required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Responsibilities

• Collecting research material, articles, and peer reviewed literature.
• Develop audio/visual content for use in educational curriculum.
• Cadaveric dissection for anatomy educational material.
• Categorize OrthoPedia Lists.
• Input JIRA request for built assets.
• Review webinar and course assets.
• Collecting and archiving surgeon talks.
• Improving images and overall content/quality of presentations.
• Lab Cleaning and Organization.
• Lab Setup.
• Gather and Prepare Specimens.
• Product Inventory Management.
