About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time physician to serve as the attending physician for residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role involves collaborating with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to manage day-to-day resident care, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, and participating in various medical quality initiatives. The position offers flexible scheduling with no overnight duties, weekends, or on-call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
