About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Medical Director to oversee skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participate in administrative and quality initiatives. The role includes attending monthly quality assurance meetings, guiding facility staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising clinical staff. The physician will also serve as the attending physician, managing day-to-day resident care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation. This position offers flexible scheduling with no overnight duties and no on-call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
