About The Position

CoreLife Health, in partnership with MedStar Health, provides an integrated care model addressing obesity and chronic illnesses through medical treatments, nutritional guidance, behavioral support, and personalized exercise programs. We focus on root causes and evidence-based care to help patients achieve sustainable results. CoreLife Health is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations, oversee providers, and strengthen partnerships with MedStar Health. This role serves as a key decision-maker, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and efficient clinical services while driving market growth and integration with hospital networks.

Requirements

Current medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance license in the practicing state.
Board Certified/Eligible in a primary care specialty
Proven leadership experience overseeing medical providers.
Excellent communication and team skills
CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

Board Certified/Eligible in Obesity Medicine preferred.
Experience in community health or diverse clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary clinical liaison with hospital leadership and community providers.
Lead, mentor, and supervise Associate Medical Directors and clinical staff.
Oversee day-to-day medical operations and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
Drive business development, strategic integration, and outbound referral strategies.
Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
Promote CoreLife’s patient-centered, holistic care culture.
