About The Position
NorthStar is seeking a Medical Director to lead our anesthesia team at Mercy Joplin. This is a full-time clinical leadership position offering a competitive compensation package plus a leadership stipend. Salary: $600K yearly + $25K bonus yearly Leadership Stipend: $$$ PTO: 10 weeks Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and more. Cases: General, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Peds, OB/GYN, and CV Busy practice with a great anesthesia team who work in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix.
