Texas Health Action (THA) is a community-informed non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to culturally affirming, quality health services in a safe and supportive environment, with expertise in serving LGBTQIA+ people and those impacted by HIV. Kind Clinic proudly serves Texas with four vibrant locations: two in Austin, one in San Antonio, and another in Dallas plus virtual care services available to all residents across Texas. The Medical Director is a licensed Physician who provides clinical oversight and administrative support for the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care at their assigned clinical site(s) and/or program. The Medical Director performs the core functions of a Physician (and Supervising Physician, as applicable) and serves as a clinical role model for other providers. In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, the Medical Director performs key clinical leadership duties while upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
