About The Position

As Medical Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping medical standards, mentoring the veterinary team, and partnering with hospital leadership—while still practicing hands-on medicine. Our last appointment of the day is at 5:00pm. No on-call responsibilities and no expectation to stay late. A strong support team. With a 2.5:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, you’ll have the support and collaboration needed to practice excellent medicine and lead effectively. Comprehensive benefits. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in the state of North Carolina
Previous clinical experience; leadership or mentorship experience preferred
