About The Position
Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time physician to serve as the attending physician for residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role involves collaborating with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to manage day-to-day resident care, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services. Physicians will round on patients, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic conditions. The position offers flexible scheduling with no overnight duties, weekends, or on-call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Physicians will utilize Theoria’s proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy™, and participate in various medical quality initiatives.
