The Animal Hospital of Garland is looking for a Medical Director who is committed to upholding a high standard of patient care. Located in Garland, Texas, Animal Hospital of Garland is an AAHA-accredited practice and has served the community since 1972. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care to our patients while ensuring an excellent client experience. We aim to stay at the forefront of current medical and surgical standards. We prioritize a balance between work, life, and family, and to support this, we do not have on-call duties; any after-hours emergencies are referred to a local emergency room. The ideal candidate excels in client relations, communicates effectively, and collaborates with team members to provide top-quality patient care. This role is open to either a Veterinarian with leadership experience OR an experienced Veterinarian looking to step into a leadership role. In this position, you will manage your own medical caseload and have the flexibility to choose medications, while partnering with the Hospital Manager to oversee the team and facility. You will manage wellness and emergency cases, as well as patients needing medical, surgical, and dental care.
