About The Position

Join a well-established program at our Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities (CADD) providing direct patient care services at CADD. Outpatient position – Lancaster, PA - Monday-Friday days; excellent work-life balance Great career opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in the treatment of social, emotional and behavioral issues affecting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID). Provides clinical consultation, education, and supervision to CADD team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Offers case consultation and clinical guidance to WellSpan Health community providers Participate actively in CADD’s program development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Delivers clinical oversight and supervision to advanced practice providers, ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory standards. Provides supervision of medical students and residents through participation in the WellSpan Health medical education program. Requirements

Minimum Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses: Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training: Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry or the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry. Upon Hire Required and Completion of a Psychiatry residency and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Upon Hire Required and Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Teaching skills.

Responsibilities

Providing direct patient care services at CADD.
Providing clinical consultation, education, and supervision to CADD team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
