About The Position
The Medical Director-Primary Care Clinic-Market provides effective physician leadership at the clinic level to help build a healthy culture, engage physicians, and work with the service line and region leadership teams. This position champions provider growth and development, innovation, and continuous improvement. The incumbent promotes excellence in the fundamentals of extraordinary care by engaging physicians, APP's, and teams across Intermountain Health. This role reports to the service line Senior Medical Director of Medical Group. This position is expected to collaborate, communicate, and build relationships with all members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
