About The Position

The Medical Director of the Concierge Program serves as a key clinical and strategic leader within the organization, guiding the development and execution of a premium, patient-centered care experience. This role functions in a dyad leadership partnership with the Operational Director of the Concierge Program, ensuring alignment across clinical and operational domains. The Medical Director reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and collaborates with key stakeholders including fellow medical directors, the Quality Director, CFO, COO, hospital leaders, and affiliated facilities. This role leads strategic and clinical initiatives to elevate quality, optimize outcomes, enhance patient experience, and ensure operational and financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Current or eligibility to obtain medical licensure in Florida.
  • Minimum of 5 years of primary care experience required.
  • Concierge medicine experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and lead diverse teams.
