About The Position

The Medical Director - Investigator at Worldwide Clinical Trials is responsible for ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols, protecting the rights and welfare of study subjects, and maintaining the integrity of data generated at the site. This role involves direct supervision of investigators and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and managing the medical care of subjects involved in clinical research.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performing physicals, assessing, and treating patients
• Strong supervision, interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Good documentation skills
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Commitment to quality
• Punctuality and flexibility in work schedule, including on-call, weekends, and holidays if needed
• At least 2 years' experience in clinical research as an investigator or sub-investigator
• In-depth knowledge of the clinical research process, including Good Clinical Practices
• Medical (M.D.) degree with at least 2 years of clinical research experience

Nice To Haves

• Medical degree plus at least 5 years of clinical research experience with 2 years in Phase 1 research
