About The Position
Canyon Ridge Animal Hospital, located in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clinic not only meets but exceeds the standards of care expected in veterinary medicine. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring that revenue targets are met, and that the highest standards of care are maintained. This position requires a strong leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and is committed to fostering a positive team culture that prioritizes both patient care and employee well-being. The Medical Director will work closely with the Practice Manager to develop an annual operating plan for the hospital, ensuring that all staff are aligned with the clinic's goals and objectives. This role involves mentoring and coaching associate veterinarians, providing them with the guidance needed to deliver safe, efficient, and ethical patient care. The Medical Director will also play a key role in recruiting and retaining top talent, advocating for the growth and development of the clinic and its staff.
