Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of licensure and company equity. $263,388.15 - $395,082.23 per year Bilingual Language Differential Pay. Rate depends on language requirements for the position and candidate's fluency. 5% of base salary up to a maximum of $3,000/year - The annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full time equivalency (FTE). This role is for those who enjoy working with a team to arrive at solutions to complex health care problems at both the individual and systems level. Schedule. This role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with a hybrid work arrangement. While there is flexibility to work from home, on‑site presence is essential when leadership responsibilities or patient care needs require it. The Medical Director is expected to be in the office when AMHR leadership activities or clinical operations dictate. Mandatory in‑person meetings are typically scheduled in advance, but occasionally may arise unexpectedly and will require on‑site attendance.
