About The Position

We’re seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Territory Manager to expand adoption of cutting-edge surgical technologies across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in the operating room (OR), sterile processing (SPD), orthopedics, or surgical devices who is ready to accelerate their career with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics, spine, surgical equipment, or SPD solutions preferred).
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to educate healthcare professionals in the OR.
  • Ability to travel 50–70% within your assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent medical sales experience).

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and grow existing accounts within your territory.
  • Build lasting relationships with surgeons, OR/SPD staff, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide clinical support, product training, and in-servicing to medical staff.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and local events.
  • Effectively manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report activity using CRM tools.
