About The Position

The Associate Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating healthcare professionals and patients about these devices, which are designed to improve the quality of life for individuals with Lymphedema. This role involves consultative sales, product demonstrations, and providing customer support to ensure effective use of the products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
• 1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience OR 2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience OR 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong sales closing experience and mentality.

Nice To Haves

• Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations.
• Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA).
• Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle consultative sales including prospecting, scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up.
• Works with physicians, therapists, and clinicians to increase awareness of the Flexitouch System and other products.
• Provides in-home product demonstrations for patients and assists with their questions.
• Assists the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies to exceed sales goals.
• Provides customer support through training and education on disease state and treatment protocols.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
